We went to the Al Jizi border in Al Ain on day 30.......got a new 30 day UAE visa, no problems at all

If you do a visa run between day 30 and day 40, do you still get fined? Do you get a new visa? My parents have a 30 day tourist visa (UK passports) which is valid until 24 May, but they are staying until mid-June so we were just about to do a visa run (on day 28).....but now it seems that will be pointless

Hi sorry for the ignorance, but can I ask what the housing fee is? I have only been in Dubai for a few months and suddenly I have a fee this month of AED 2,400 odd. Thanks
