Hi fefi75! Sounds great! I hope that there will be some available houses when we come in oktober! Oh my god, your Dewa bill was high! More than i thought... Thanks for letting me know what is included in the bill... Too bad water and electricity for pool was not included... Did you stay in Dubai over the summer? 5k... Is that during the warmest months? Or average during the time you have been there? How do you use your ac, is in on constantly? Is it possible to somehow lower the bill? It is a bit too much to have around 5 k a month on Dewa for us... But now with all your comments i also really want to move to splendour! Thanks and i really looking forward to the coffe ;-)

Hi!! Thanks alot for your replies! So god to hear that you are happy with splendour and have heard good things about it! Our boys are 2 and 5 years old. Expatsam have you seen kids around that age? How old are yours? We have applied to international schools such as Gems international al khail and Gems world academy. I think it is about 20-30 min drive.... Another question, Expatsam- do you pay for the electricity and the water for the pool? And the water for the garden? Bcause we were told that the maintanace was included in the rent. But does that also include the water for the pool and watering the gras too? Or not? Just want to know what to expect on the Dewa bill... What was yours first Dewa on? If you got one yet... Hope we will become neighbours! ;-)

Hi! We are moving to Dubai and we are looking for a house. We looked at the Arabian Ranches and we liked the children friendly compunds there but we think it is a bit too faar away. We got to see Splendour Villas in Al Safa 1 and we likes the standard of the houses. Anyone in here that lives in Splendour? or anyone who knows anything about the area? is it nice? is it walking distance to shops, parks, shopping centers or similar? is it a nice compound for the children to play in? it is got located thinking about traffic situation and construction? how is the landlord? thanks for any help! :)
