did you gain any weight after the program? is it purely food controlling? how long wil they take to lose 10kg.. i have a special even to attend in aug, i want to lose all i can before that.. .. do you think i should start now it self.. ?

I did a programme last year and lost 10 kg. Really liked it and a few weeks ago, I had the new treatment for fat loss around the tummy and it was amazing. I definitely recommend them! I had a fantastic nutricionist(unfortunately she left) and the therapists were great.
