Hi we are moving to Dubai from AD. We currently have a 4 bed villa in Al Raha gardens in gate 19 next door to Al Yasmina school. Villa and school are great. Our lease expires end May so we will be looking to transfer the lease or sublet if that is any help ? happy to answer any questions on AD life.
