I’m planning to buy property in Dubai. Any recommendations which buildings to look for and which to avoid in JLT?
I saw an appartment in Lake Point Tower. Fully upgraded. What are the pros and cons of that building?
Third question...how much is your approximate bill for chiller, DEWA and Municipality (sewerage and housing)? I heard that most of the buildings are supplied by EMPOER. Which is very expensive.
