I have tried out a few places, my favorite is BMC Al Bizrah Medical Center. They have many machines, great staff, wonderful location, reasonable prices and its completely painless!! I have a very low pain tolerance which I was surprised to find a place with a machine that won't hurt and gave me amazing results. They also have so many great services and facials and surgeons its absolutely stunning.
