I hope by now you have realized that its better to spay your dog. It will also help reduce population of already so many dogs and cats that are seeking homes and many unsuccessfully. Please be a responsible parent. I am not sure why the neighbors are asking for money, but perhaps they spent it on food and vet while they were taking care of your dog??
