Dear friends, From your experience, can you please recommend a good dermatologist who can help me with severe freckles. I have really ugly spots on my nose which ruins the whole face. I have tried 2 of very well known clinics in Dubai. However, all they give me is a long list of ridiculously expensive treatments which dint end up with any good results. Apply this oil to have a healthy and strong hair...Take a handful of curry leaves and dry it in the sun for 2 days. Once its dried, powder it along with a tablespoon of fenugreek seeds. Take a cup of coconut oil and boil it, once it starts boiling add the blended powder. Keep this oil aside for 10 days. You will notice that the sediments have settled down. Strain it and store it in the bottle.

To make matters even worse, Welcare has informed me that the chromosomal test of the baby which was conducted by sending the baby’s tissue and a part of the placenta to a lab in Germany could not be carried out as the it wasn’t transported properly due to which the tissue got contaminated. We were quite hopeful and this is what we hear after having waited for 3 weeks. This is heights of irresponsibility. Both the gynaec and the pathologist has washed their hands saying that we have done the right thing and as per the protocol and can give no more explanations. Instead of sympathizing with our situation they have been acting quite rude and indifferent which makes us even more upset. Tomorrow we have scheduled a meeting to know what actually went wrong. Why things have gone so wrong with us.

Thanks all...we strongly feel that we lost our baby immediately after amniocentesis....till then the baby was absolutely fine...we didnt make an issue instead accepted it as our fate....now with this tissue analysis issue I am seriously thinking of taking it up with the management..

Sadly i lost my baby. I was expected to deliver in june. Lost the baby after amniocentesis procedure. I was seen as high risk for triple marker test. I am still carrying the baby. Maybe my pregnancy will be terminated on mon.

Hi...I am excited to this group of June 2014 expected mommies...I will complete 3 months by 30th Nov...This is my third child and I am concieving after 6 years....A lot excited but a lot stressed out too...I was wondering if we can do tests to see if the baby is all normal...I did see that International Modern Hospital does a test to check for Down Syndrome....but what about other tests

we love our steak always at Ponderosa restaurant a part of Caravan restaurant...very reaonably priced at Dhs 80 for a juicy rib-eye steak...it also give you access to their buffet and unlimited lemonade and soft drinks...try it out and let me know...

We usually fry them in cocunut oil and then in a different pan add some oil, crushed shallots, salt, curry leaves and chilli powder...once they are sauted add the fried dry fish or prawns...it tastes great with rice...this is how Keralites make them...

Hi...I faced similar situation...I have sponsored my 2 kids...I am on my company's visa...HR renews my visa by default every 2 years...but I have to renew my kids visa...its fine for your kid to stay on your visa...I approached Dubai immigration directly and got the visa renewal done within few hours...I hope this helps...

I got a very reasonable grooming done for my pekinese dog...they charge just Dhs 175 for all size dogs...I guess this is really cheap...they are located in Al Barsha infornt of Lulu and they are called World of Pets.

Hi, Yes my aunt who lives in Dubai got a laproscopic surgery for removal of a cyst and uterus at Dr Hafeez's hospital in Kerala, India. He owns the International Modern Hospital in Dubai too. My colleague recently got a laproscopy for her cysts. He is quite famous and everything went fine for the two after the surgery. If you are not covered by medical insurance, then getting the surgery in Dubai is a very expensive affair. Preferably get it done in India.
