Thanks for your replies ladies. @marink - Thank you for your input - I disagree - life challenges are thrown at all types of people (even business owners) and sometimes the only option is to sell the business and return home (particularly in such an expat city as this). With regards Dubizzle - yes I have googled extensively so I am aware what is available online. @janatks - thank you - I would not want to part own and I would not want to start on a negative financial footing @pollydxb1 - thank you for letting me know Anyone else know of any other businesses for sale?

Anyone been to DEWA to get historical bills for a villa they are about to move into with any success? We are due to move villa soon and as we have had a very bad experience with the villa we are in currently (7500 per month in the heat of the summer) we want to make sure we don't make the same mistake again.
