It is building 12/13. Ask security which room to go to for ID. I went last week with passport, filled out their form and collected arabic typed form 2 hours later. Next day went back to same building (upstairs this time) for finger-printing and photos. Am now waiting for delivery of id card, which they said could take one month. Hope this helps.
I thought the one night musical of Greys was absolutely brilliant! Loved the way the poignant songs from past eposides fitted perfectly with the storyline. Very clever indeed. It was just something a bit different for one night only.
