I started Eurodiet 2 weeks ago and lost 5.2 kg...no gravings and even had a slice of bread with Nutella:) Some meals are really tasty and some are horrible. But after you have tried all the products you can chose which once to order. There was a very kind lady on here who brought me the product from the UK as it is only online availbale there and without doctors prescription. Just desperate to get some more bars.

Beebers, can you be my nutritionist :) I am struggling with weight gain. I am a carbs addict. I am not into sweets. Started my Phase 1 Eurodiet today and hope this will give the results I want to have. Have done it 15 years ago and it was amazing. I lost two years back in four month 16 kg only with eating dairy products, lots of salads, vegetables and a poultry products. Well going back to my usual food I started to gain it all back :(

When is Essa Spa, Lydias place opening? Would love to have a proper facial and some advise and a person who doesn't upsell. Went to a place the other day for a treatment which costs me an arm and a leg and I had to save to get it done and this lady wanted to sell me products and therapies like I would go shopping in C4. One cream was 450 AED and she didn't want to sell me only one....

Exactly looks horrible, I hate photos taken and the Kodak shops show it black on white how horrible you look like. No I really want for once nice photos for my CV. Al Awazi Studio in Jumeirah Plaza...they'll ask if you want a passport photo or CV photo and they'll Photoshop it for you. Oh great, will try them on Saturday then and hopefully I will get in 2012 a new job.

Each time i have blown a tyre an Emirati F1 team has appeared from nowhere jacked up my car and changed the tyre in minutes They have pulled me out of sand, stopped when i had an accident etc etc. Big shout out to the locals! Love the Emirati F1 referance. I have to agree, happened to me on a few occasions and I am an" old gran".They were so respectful and helpful. Young and madjure Emiratis are amazing to elderly people. Some european nationalities should take the attitude as example.... All the nationalities have good and bad people....

I am in the UK at the moment and returning to Dubai on 26th. What would I be looking for as I have never heard of it? Dont know that it is even available where I live but if you could send it to me then I would take it back with me. Hi sneckie I had to read your comment twice. Would you really take the burden to bring me the product from the UK? I can assure you it is totally legal www.eurodiet.co.uk. It can be purchased in some pharmacies but the easiest would be that I get it shipped from the company to you so you have no running around. Now my question is would you be willing to bring back 9-10kg with you? I know it is a lot to ask, this amount would last me 3 month and I hope at that time I have reached a weight where I fit again back in my cloths. If you would have space that would be so great! I do not think that you hwill have so much of space, let me know how many kg you could spare and I limit my purchase to that. Thanks Sue62 If I look the price would be around 21£ however with Aramex I ended up with 700AED. It could be that I am not reading the table correctly. Somehow my two cups of coffee did not kick in yet. Too much of fat around brain and too less cells. Eurodiet is hopefully the solution:)

you think food items can be shipped via normalpost from the UK? What is the cheapest way to send a parcel from the UK to Dubai. My new years resolution is losing weight and I know I can do it with eurodiet my only struggle is to get it here as they only deliver in the UK. Please give me some ideas how to get it over? Shop and ship I am so afraid that it will be stopped at customs.

I think it depends if it is professionally packed by the company and shows at one glance that it is food. In ten years living here I never had a problem when I received a parcel with some food from my parents but that was sent through empost. I guess I have to try a small amount and then if it would go through I can order a bigger quantity.

Dear all, I posted couple of days ago that I am looking for the Eurodiet... So I have a friend who has a shop and ship account and I would like to order in the UK the diet. The diet product are mainly protein powders and cereal bars. I am wondering would I get this products to Dubai or will they get stopped at customs. Both of us have never ordered through shop and ship and have no experience. Can you please share your experience. Thanks so much, I am so desperate to start the diet

thanks I posted it there. HAve also contacted the company in Lebanon and UK lets hope they reply this time to my inquiry as the previous times ther was no reply. Bad customer service however their products and concepts suits me so no choice and have to keep on trying

Did anybody had been doing the diet from here? and if how did you manage to get the products delivered? Really want to start asap. I know that there has to be excersise involved to get best result and a change in eating habits otherwise no diet will work and last. I had kept the weight off for the last 15 years and still not regained everything I had lost...
