Hello ladies, I live in the greens ( al nakheel building) and I'm part of the owner association. we are trying to connect with the other owners but Emaar is not facilitating it. they just submitted the maintenance fee for 2012 and it is just Ridiculously high. Well, the problem is that I don't ovulated each month. the egg is there, grow but its not released automatically. so I need injection to help the ovaries release the egg. Second factor my Husband sperm is not great. not too bad but not ideal. I'm 36 so don't want to lose more time trying and trying.

I called Emrill, the property maintenance company in the greens, but they quoted a ridiculous amount of money for the job. early bird delivers basic things ( water, soda, pasta...), there is also Aswaq in internet city, you cannot call them and ask for items but if you shop there, they deliver the shopping to your place ( you don't have to carry heavy bags). they are reliable. the supermarket is opposite to Dubai properties headquarter.

Living in a compound is great if you have kids. they can play with neighbours kids in a safe environment. if you don't have kids, then independant villa may be better.,

You are not un reasonnable. I will have a heart attack if the phone rings at 3am. Can you just talk to them and tell then nicely and politly that 3am is a bit late to call ? or do the same, call them at 4pm to talk about the weather. do it twice, they will get it

the thread was about a mother having doubt that her son and the maid are having something, kind of romance and she wanted to be sure before talking to her husband so she was looking for a nanny cam to put it at home. I really want to know what happened. The OP put a camera outside the son's room over a weekend and noticed son and maid go into his room a few times, once holding hands. Maid got booted and sent packing, son threw a massive teenage strop, maid then contacted to say she pregnant. Don't know what happened after that. Pregnant? Ah I missed that part. Did the one that told her ma'am that she has a big behind also claim to be pregnant with the DH's child? Seems to be quite a trend. Quite a fertile bunch these gals are. Poor lady :-( I feel for her. her son probably hate her right now. Hope the maid is not really pregnant.

I feel for you. Ihad a root canal last week with complication (tooth infection). the root canal was painful, the bill of the dentist as painful as the root canal :-) and of course no special care at home.

it is NOT legal. you have to be married. He can hire a maid from a cleaning agency. she can come everyday to clean. I really dont see the need for a full time live in maid here.
