At Costa, next to Spinneys...looking opposite Cayan Tower... I asked the staff & they inform me it's the only Costa at marina... it is now 10.22am & I haven't seen Sarah or others, so I will go. My guess is I'm at the wrong Costa. :-)

Where we come from, the tenants do not pay council rates...water supply...park fee...etc....it is the owner who pays....
As everyone is charged likewise here, will accept it is a 'tax' that everyone must pay.
