Yes, I've experienced something bad. I've been reported for parking at no parking zone. But I don't remember parking at any such places. But I didn't lodge any complaint as I'm not aware where can we do this. And it has been almost 2 months so I don't think so I can register a claim now. http://www.mymoneysouq.com/financial-blog/what-you-need-to-know-about-dubai-traffic-rules-as-an-expat/ see this they have the details. I wish I found something like this before.

Hi, Your friends who are coming to visit Dubai should apply for a visit visa from their places i.e South Africa and Sri Lanka respectively. They should visit United Emirates Embassy online website and book a visa slot and follow the guidelines as provided. Or if you know any genuine travels you can take their help in booking the visa slot.

Hi, Out of my personal experience RAK Bank is good for health insurance. Instead of going for a health insurance you can get a Life Insurance with a health coverage.

Hi, if you already having HSBC account then you can continue with that but if you want to try for some other bank then go for Emirates NBD. With my personal experience, I would suggest Emirates NBD which is really good and the most important thing for me is ATM and there are many ATM outlets that you can find easily everywhere.

Hi, you can try Emirates NBD. It is good. Most of my friends get it from nbd or nbad. But as she is coming from UK i think she needs to get travel insurance from there itself. check with banks once http://www.mymoneysouq.com/insurance/compare-travel-insurance-uae or see this you might get more information.
