I do pittas stuffed with garlic chicken and peppers, or houmus and chicken wraps or homemade chicken nuggets, sliced pittas with a bit of either houmous or ketchp to dip. Along with sliced apples, blueberries, strawberries or raspberries. Lettuce, cucumber, peppers and tomatoes and then either an Actimel drink or some kind of Yoghurt. If there is an ECA I throw in a wafer biscuit.

You were driving under 110 km/hr knowing full well the speed limit is 120km/hr thereby travelling at a rate of speed more than 10 km/hr less than the rate of traffic. I stand by my post. You were travelling too slow. You should never force someone to undertake you. You always need to move to the right to allow him to overtake you. I'm sorry, you don't make sense. There is a minimum speed, as well as a maximum one, allowed here in the two innermost lanes (if not all of them, it is not made clear by the traffic signs). The OP could not move to her right as it was full of lorries and was not forcing the guy behind her to undertake, he should just have overtaken from the outside, in the third of many lanes, instead of hassling her. I am relieved that at least 2 people have some road sense.... Thought I was going gaga.. :):) Lets hope so for all our sakes Am wondering if JackyD is confused because she is used to driving on the other side of the road from here? That's all I can charitably think ;) :)

Be careful when filming on the road, there are certain cars and people along with certain areas that are illegal to film. Without mentioning names on here, I am sure you can figure it out and take precautions. Yes of course, I have no intention of using the camera other than in the case of an accident, fingers crossed I never have to. Thanx

He didnt undertake me, there were lorries in the lane to my right woman! Which is why I couldnt move.... For goodness sake do you have a licence?

Hi Thankyou for your post yesterday regarding the loon I encountered on Emirates Road. Yes as usual the thread all got a bit silly.... How from what I wrote you would presume that I was going too slow, to I should have moved out to let him undertake me is just amazing... You have to love EW. It is an open forum and although I wasn't asking for people's advice it goes with the flow, so all cool. I posted as you said because I just needed to vent which is to some extent what EW is for. I hoped also that somebody may know the person or the person himself may see it and think twice before behaving that way again. I was actually driving at just under the 110k mark and looking to exit onto Al Ain, all he had to do was pull out into the third lane and come back in, it isn't rocket science. I am a confident driver but careful, not one of these that have the need to feel the party out in lanes 5 and 6 for no reason... Again some peoples imaginations are awesome, but it probably has something to do with the heat! Anyway, as one sensible person suggested the wreckless driving has been reported, but not mentioned the gesturing, as offensive as it was I don't want somebody to possibly end up in prison for it, especially if there is a family involved. To answer your question, my dh ordered the Go Pro last year from Amazon, but I have seen them in places like Beyond the Beach. He was involved in an accident and wanted to make sure in future there was evidence of what had taken place. Thanks again.

I don't have a problem reporting him if it is a fine as punishment, his behaviour was unjustified, but if it wasn't a fine i.e. Prison then I would struggle to do that if he had children and a wife here. My heart says one thing the head another.

Em2san i think you misunderstood my post, I was in the second slowest lane, and he could have just moved into the third lane and overtaken me sensibly. I am not brave enough to be in the 5th or 6th lane. Yes have him in his full glory as clear as day. I wasn't taken pictures, the camera runs video automatically so there was no wreckless driving on my side. I understand in AD that they are encouraging people to take such footage in order to get people. If I knew he had no family here I wouldn't hesitate in handing it over.

We used Kumon but it wasn't working for us unfortunately, we have had more success with Sylvan. But if it is the same lady we have used in the UK, I can recommend her, she was helpful and available to talk on skype.

We came to spend more time as a family together, for the sunshine and an adventure. So far it has worked out, see dh alot more, no more 4 hour daily commutes. The money has been a bonus, saved much more than we would have at home. But the decision has to be based on your own gut feeling, one size doesn't fit all and as somebody else said, you have to put the effort into it for it to work. Good luck whatever you decide....
