Hi Charlie, You have a lot of choice. If you are committed then I really would suggest Dance Horizons - on FB ad easily found. The Principal and owner is Nicola Trotter and she is a wonderful teacher. I can also suggest The Ballet Centre or Turning Point. My daughter sudied with Nicola from 4 until she went to university and even now when she comes back from uni for hols she will go back to Nicola again. It is a testimony that a lot of Nicolas girls find their way back to her! I think there are also classes at Mall of Emirates - DUCTAC. edited by xangel on 17/04/2013

If it is a quick commute to London, then I recommend within striking distance of Surbiton Station, This would give you Thames Ditton, Esher (at a push), Claygate, Surbiton itself, Molesey etc. The further out you go the longer the journey. You need the fast to London trains. If you go Berkshire way then Reading is fast to London. My friends are in Chorley Wood and there are also great schools there. Find the school first and then look for the house. Naturally the better schools often are more difficult to get into so you have to look for the catchment area. My family are all from the Esher/Weybridge area and all have atended great schools. You pays your money and takes your choice really!

In January I went to the spice souk and bought vanilla pods for next to nothing - 5 pods for 10 dhs - Defo worth it if you cannot get the extract - In fairness I usually bulk buy exract when back in the UK in Lakeland! Spice souk is dead easy to get to as well - just an abra ride across the creek or get the metro to the gold souk and walk through from there.

We used Mathaba Silver in January and they were absolutely superb. My sister and her husband were met and taken on a buggy when they came out the gate and escorted all the way to our car along with the porter and helped in duty free too. Cannot recommend them enough. Go to the Dnata site to book and if the online fails, just call them which is what I did. As I have said they were great both in the booking stage and the actual service.

Spinneys have quite a selection of the waitrose silver cleaning stuff. I managed to get the silver dip *clear( and use it with a toothbrush on the bigger or fiddly stuff

The theory may be good - try filling in the forms online! It is rubbish. Clearly not properly tested. It does not translate all to arabic - a key button is missing on one of the sections. Then if you do manage to get all filled in and try to save - up pops another question which will not translate. I am sick of trying to do this. I will have to take a day of work to take my kids passports to a typing centre just to achieve this simple form filling. I tried in january but had to renew the kids passports and naively hoped that although the eida had not answered my messages they might have tried to correct their site................ no chance. Thoroughly fed up as there is stuff all value in id cards for the kids - just a money making scheme- why cant it be done when residency visas fall due for renewal as a seamless process instead of this nonsense.

I would query their target audiences too - my kids just cannot stand 92 because the music is boring, samey etc etc. They are 17 and 16 and I love their choice of music (well most of it) and am always happy to listen to the i pods rather than the radio. However, I do like CBGB in the morning - or even channel 4 so the music is just a major turn-off and tune out

We renewed the daughters passport which was upgraded to adult passport from childs. No problem with any of the forms we downloaded - all very straightforward including the payment form (credit card) and the DHL them to germany as per directions. Took 2 weeks for new passport to come back
