Hi why are you leaving Arabian ranches? And where are you in ranches? I am torn between ranches and springs, but happy to hear your advise . Do you get stuck in traffic?

Happy to take recommendations on the following: 1- best hospital and paediatrician near west bay? 2- does pearl rent furnished apartments? 3- indoor swimming schools/ classes for 5 year olds? And contacts of good instructors 4- best place to throw in a small welcome party with a private room ( like bday rooms) for a 3-5 year old ( pref in a mall at reasonable cost) 5 - how to find a driver for kids? .

Which agencies provide this service on a monthly basis? Do they guarantee safety (no theft, no running away, etc) and how much is it monthly?

Hire a maid through an agency, you can pay a monthly rate. By a maid that already has a visa, if you mean one that has bought her own visa, (usually from a Qatari Sponsor) then advertise on Qatar living and you will get a huge response. Be aware that this arrangement is not actually legal and that you are personally liable for a pretty big fine if caught.
