Hello dear ladies, My child got a call for the interview in FS1 from one of the GEMs school. I have no idea how to make her prepared... Any ideas plz? Thankx in advance! Thnkxxxx n regards! don't worry it a very friendly play based assessment and they ask "what is your name, ask about colors and they ask you if he is potty trained , going to any nursery At some schools,You can join him during the assessment . For my boy they allowed to join him and he was very happy and refused leave the school. You can prepare him by telling him about the new school and how it is so nice and friendly and also revise with him alphapets, numbers, shapes, animals and colors and answering what is your name, how are u , how old are you ,,, etc It is a very very simple assessment and the assessors were so kind. U r welcome dear Also tell ur child that you and him will go to place called school which is nice place and he will play with other kids as the assessment is a kind of playing with one of the different activities (play dough, coloring, reading stories, buzzles and building blockes) and the assessor asks him while your child playing. This helped me to much my son was so happy and relaxed during the assessment as it was just a playing. Hope it will help u and hope you the best:)
