Hi Before you all jump on the school nurse salary i happen to know that NOT ALL school nurses get a high or even good salary. I have now sadly left Dubai but did work as a school nurse, i miss the school and Dubai but not the salary i was getting. I got 10,000 per month (which is one of the lower paying schools) and for the work i did and all the training and caring for your children i really do think school nurses deserve more.( some school do pay well but not many) However this increase in medical bills will not go to the nurse or doctor in most schools, may be you should make sure the money goes where it matters to the medical staff caring for your children day in day out. Do you even know what your school nurse does? and how hard she can work for little money.......

Hi Your story sounds just like my sons, all i can say is go on Losac twice a day for reflux and get neonate milk, and cut out all wheat and gluten it is very expensive but the only thing that worked for us. He was on it till he was 2 then we went on rice milk now he is on cows milk.....our little on never took more than 400 mls of milk in 24 hours ever even the neonate and he never slept just screamed but now he is a lovely well behaved 4 year old.....

This is a tough one, i think the little ones can still go out in the morning for ten minutes at the most due to the fact that they just love to go outside.... as long as they are under cover and drink, no harm, imagine a class of 23 and no outside break....(my little boy asks to go out every day for a short while) The older children should be given a choice, (AS LONG AS THEY CAN GO BACK IN ANY TIME)if they want to go out and have a HAT and a DRINK with them why not...

we did come to dubai to better our life, but i still need to work. re-think situation and do what.... ???????do you not think i would love to be at home full time with my little ones you ladies do not know how lucky you are to be at home and what do you do for the many hours in the day when the kids are at school while i need to earn, then come home cook clean and play with my children.. If you do not want your friends children at your house to help out a working mum please do not do it it must show in yout resentment to the children. Working mums their are lots of nurseries that do late hours to suite us and i would rather have a watcher watching the watcher than a maid at home plus your children will have others to play with at a nursery or club, ditch that friend that helps out but resents it......
