Try contact events companies or modeling agencies, I dont think you need to be a resident for that because I have worked with a lot of models who were on visit visas

hope this helps: http://www.dubaifaqs.com/schools-special-needs-dubai.php Thank you for the link, I appreciate it. It lists Kings and Raffles as special needs, though, which is odd as I didn't think they were very strong in that. The child has two local parents so speaks very little English, so I was hoping to find a registered public school for them. You are welcomed, hope everything works out. If they are local I am sure they can also request for financial aid

Is it because of the price that you want it for one hour? Try companies based in sharjah they are usually more willing to compromise and can get better deals

i think you can request lady taxi drivers: http://dtc.dubai.ae/en/OurService/Pages/Ladies-and-Families-Taxi-Service.aspx I dont think the pink lady taxis can come on set day and set times as they are all over the place. Be aware though i have had a few and they drove like an F1 driver and on the phone! I had never actually been in one but I thought you had to call ahead to book

Maybe you have been lucky. I have moved 6 times in 5 years due to LL's wanting to move in, put rent up, move in a relative, sell etc. Each time ( bar one Iranian LL who was actually quite respectiful), we have found to have been lied to. And the agency fees pile up. Oh yes, just to add that our latest LL has 60K outstanding fees with Emaar and they dont collect our trash anymore because of it. Nice? edited by derien on 11/10/2012 Maybe, you're bad tenants.... seems an awful lot of bad luck. I agree, it is best to rent from locals i have lived here for 7 years and not once had an issue from my LL but then again i wont rent from anyone unless they are local.

I think for the real leather I was quoted 250 dhs (for six pieces cut to size). For the synthetic leather I paid 100 dhs.....main reason I tok the synthetic was the leather had to be sent somewhere to get it cut and he couldnt give me same day (but I was there late evening) I cant remember the exact store, but he had loads of sample books of all sorts of different fabrics etc, and a really good selection of colours in the leather. Dh250 is very good
