Hi, I have just completed a tenancy contract for an apartment in Motor City and have been to DEWA for the connection and I now understand that I have to connect the AC with Empower. Can some please tell me how to do this and if there is somewhere in Motor City to complete this? TIA

Sorry I don't think I worded that very well - what I meant to ask was did they have 3000/dhs worth of bonds before they could be entered into the draws? Not how much they have now.

Sorry for dragging up an old post but does anyone live in the UAE but buy bonds in the UK? Is that legal or do you have to be a UK resident? After reading up on it I cannot find anything that says I cant hold bonds in the UK. There minimum amount is 100GBP then after a month your bonds will go into the draws. I searched and found that in the UAE you must have a minimum of 3000AED to be eligible to be put in the draws. Any advise? TIA

This is for painting on the inside, the tenancy contract states that it is the tenants obligation to paint if tenancy is dissolved before 3 years - however we have leased the villa for 7 consecutive years!

Has anyone had a bad experience with a Dr in City Hospital after a laproscopic investigation? A friend of mine has been told he needs lubrication injections into the knee as he is suffering from oestioarthritis - needless to say he is looking for another clinc to administer these jabs - any ideas? TIA

Hi I recently moved into an apartment and the kitchen cupboards were white but had alot of wear and tear on them so I took them off of the hinges and painted them with gloss wood paint, they look just like brand new - you must use a primer first - I used a spraycan from ACE. I got some fantastic brushes crome door handles from the dragonmart, you can also get new taps if they are dated. If you measure the top of the counter you should be able to buy a new tabletop from Ikea at a relitively low price.
