Ever been around those people who smell impossibly fresh all the time? It doesn't matter if they've just had a sweaty workout session or have been out in the sun for an hour - they always smell good. How do they do it?
Let us break it to you. Smelling good 24/7 takes WORK. You obviously know (we hope) that showering every day is important, but there are 7 other things you can do to smell fresh all the time.
1. Smelling good is about what you put in your body, not just on it.
Did you know that your body emits the smell of what you eat? If you eat onions and garlic, you are going to smell like onions and garlic. The smell of these ingredients breathes out through your pores for anywhere between 24-48 hours.
Other foods that cause you to stink are red meat and alcohol. If you want to smell nice stick to a diet of fresh fruits, veggies, and clean protein.

2. Stay hydrated
Staying hydrated is great not just for your overall health, but for keeping your skin moisturised, which helps scents stick around longer by giving them something to adhere to.

3. Keep scent pouches in your drawers
It's pretty obvious that you must wash your clothes regularly for them to smell fresh, but an extra thing you can do is to keep scent pouches in your drawers/closets. Scent pouches are a great way for good-smelling scents to permeate your clothes.

4. Apply perfume/fragrance correctly
To get the full benefit of a fragrance apply it to your hot spots i.e. behind your ears, behind your knees, on your ankles and inside your elbows.

5. Don't forget your hair
Ever been to a club/party and woken up the next day with hair that smells like it was doused in cigarette smoke? You are not alone!
Spritz your hair with a hair perfume to keep it smelling fresh all day - our favourite is the Protective Hair Perfume by SACHAJUAN. Trust us, it makes a huge difference.

6. Use an antiperspirant
Using a deodorant is not enough. Your skin is a living, breathing and sweating organ. The sweat can often transfer to your clothes and make you smell bad. All of this can be controlled by using an antiperspirant.

7. Scrape your tongue
It doesn't matter if the rest of you smells good, if you have bad breath you are instantly going to put people off. Bad breath is primarily caused by the bacteria on your tongue, so make sure to scrape your tongue every morning and evening in addition to brushing your teeth.
