Norak, I'm happy your friend got out from Zawiyah safely, that area has been shattered and wrecked. InshAllah your husband and your family are safe in Libya. I'm so nervous and feel sick to the stomach, how could he do this to our people :(

Thank you Norak for posting that. May Mohamed Nabous rest in peace :( I heard his pregnant wife yesterday telling the world that her husband has died. I just hope he leaves soon, he's killing every civilian in sight and blaming the US, UK and France for his actions. He must be stopped!

Good on France, US, and the UK. Libyans don't care about the oil since all the money went in Gaddafi and his family pockets, they just care about their people that are being killed left, right and centre. US didn't want the no fly zone, they were very hesitant but after they found that Gaddafi wouldn't co operate (by barging into Benghazi and killing innocent families) they had to do something. Plus the people have been asking for a no fly zone for some time now. No ones blaming anyone there except for Gaddafi :P

If she's in London then there's a great doctor called Professor Thomas, he is based in Lister hospital near Knightsbridge. If you'd like his contact number then I'd be happy to give it to you. Also, about NHS I think they're great, I had bad experience with a private hospital as they kept saying i had a bruise but i didn't believe it so i went to NHS to check and they straight away knew what it was from the scan and refered me to another specialist.

Homemade Lentil Soup for starters, rice with vegetables, topped with chicken curry and some chicken liver on the side because DH loves it and mini nutella cheesecake for dessert. Now I'm stuffed!

Thanks Mariana, I'll contact the pharmacies. der- I want to send medical supplies to Libya and I've never actually brought any supplies before so was wondering where the best place to buy medical supplies in bulk as I want to take as many medical equipment as possible. They really need it there. UAE2010 Thanks for the clarification - your original post was just a little obscure. Wishing you all the luck in the world - God bless you. Thanks for the information em2san, I've already sent donations and helped out, but there's another charity which gave out a list of medical supplies which they need help to collect fast because of the lack of supplies they have in Libya already. I just didn't know where to begin, but I'll call up the other charities i delt with already and see if they have any ideas.

Alhamdulilah he's safe. My family are the same, when i ask them how they are, they're saying the same thing 'everything is fine' 'there's nothing going on here'. They had the internet last week so it was easier for me to contact family but it's been cut off this week :( the mobiles are abit better then last week though.

Norak- Is your husband still in Libya? I hope your family are all safe. I agree with everything you said. 42 years is more then enough, they don't want the goverment anymore, no more Gaddafi ( and family), no more Ibrahim Sensussi the killer, no more Mussa Kussa the murderer, no more Ahmed Gaddaf al dem, no more Huda ben amer, they're all murderers and the media are still treating them like human beings. It's fustrating to watch your people getting killed and the media interviewing serial murderers.

I just tried level 2 yesterday for the first time, only done level 1 twice but have been doing bootcamp and extra running for the last 2 weeks. I preferred Level 2 (I like the walking pushups) and next weekend I'm going to have a sneak at level 3 just to manage my expectations ..... Good luck everyone! Check out : www.fatexpatdxb.blogspot.com Hi Babylons, I read your blog and I just want to say 'YOU CAN DO IT'. You've achieved alot during this month and since next month is round the corner, with your motivation you'll definitely do well. Hopefully your BP will be in the healthy range. Wish you best of luck. :)

I've been told I look 16 years old many times, also I get mistaken for a school girl. Once I was going to start an arabic course for adults in a school and they actually thought i was 16!! I prefer to look like my age (24).

I'm a very loud snorer, I wake up myself from snoring sometimes. I feel sorry for my DH because he doesn't get that much sleep from my snoring and tries to wake me up when i do. I tried 'Silence' spray but it didn't work for me, also I don't think my weight would be the reason because it's always been the same, it's only when I got married i started snoring. I never use to snore. Anyway I'll definitely go to the doctor and get it checked out

Thank you so much for the information. My nephews love ben 10 and I'd love to take them to the show, especially since they're coming to visit at the same time the shows will be on :) Can't wait to see their faces. By the way do you think the show is suitable for a 3 year old and 6 year old?

I didn't take the metro but I was one of those who were stuck in a car for 3 hours in traffic and then when we were close to dubai mall we found out where the traffic came from which was from the passengers from the metro crossing the street on shekh zayed road, it was chaotic.
