Hiya, Have a look at www.duplays.com for a more relaxed, after work netball team, or if you'd like to do some training and have a proper kit etc. go to www.dubainetballleague.com The second option, DNL, only has the one season each year starting in about October, but through the summer they run a recreational "summer netball" where you can just turn up, pay a contribution to court hire and have a go. They also have 4 divisions so you'll fit in if you're super competitive or if you've literally never played before. The first option, duplays, runs 10 week seasons all year with a recreational league and a competitive league. You can sign up as an individual when the new season starts and they will find a team for you. Good luck, and see you on the court in April!

Hi everyone, I'm based in Dubai and have been taking my paintings and collages down to an art and craft souk in a shopping mall called Arte that happens a couple of times a month. Is there anything like is in Abu Dhabi? I'd like to start branching out! Jen

Have a look at DIAC (Dubai International Art Center) They have palette knife classes on Saturday afternoons from 3-6. I'm thinking of signing up myself! Also if you haven't had your painting framed yet I could do it for you for the cost of the wood. Jen www.jenniferstelco.com

The jamjar is great - it's actually a DIY art studio so you can order a canvas to size then spend four hours painting with unlimited acrylics.
