try Homematters mortgages, 04 399 6980, they have some excellent rates and terms including no exit fees. They take you through the whole process, up to getting the keys.

looking at my bills they seemed to be 900 - 1500 without housing fee, however think the summer was nearly 2k. Can I ask what they are asking for the rent? please be a little careful as many of us left after the first year, due to poor built villas, one of neighbours only had one working toilet out of the 6.

The school is where the sea meets the sky! The school has 3 classes per year, except for FS1 which only has 1 class. I believe the school to have one full time nurse and maybe a part time. <em>edited by Hottie on 20/06/2011</em>

I have always paid a medical fee of 600 per child, received a notice which says 'informing of increase in medical fees to 1,200 with effect from Sept and will be reflected in term 1 fees. This is in line with Ministry of Health Medical licensing and Doctor's salary increase. The last increase was in 08-09.
