Buttercup ,Yes I could do both as its a good way to learn how to use the sewing machine if you have an item of clothing or other items to make.

Am determined to try and loose three stone so am trying the Paleo diet and been on it two weeks and sometimes i have lost 3 kilo other days 2 kilos! It is quite demanding on the cooking skills, no quick fixes, so not really my thing but getting there. Uses lots of coconut products ie oil and shredded coconut, no carbs or pulses or legumes, so very different if used to wholegrain living! love to hear from anybody elses experiences on it and the ususal where to buy things from, like almond flour!

Thank you ladies for your replies. Yes its because i have property in the uk, so income from rent and capital gains tax is my concern. But these new rules will put a different perspective on things so guess we will be waiting with baited breath to see if they are implemented.

As Punkyfish and Arabella are doing their bit for those external courses ...Why dont you try a course thats on all year here, at a well known arts centre in a large mall, comes highly recommended.

I had some lapiz earings made, I chose the stones and they made them, for pierced ears, but sure they will make for clip ons. It was in the gold and diamond park, al quoz. Sorry dont know the name of jeweller but the location was as you go in the main front enterance, keep right and just along on the right probably not many shops in, he has a big display of lots of semi precious stones. Hope you are successful.

My parents are having to pay thousands of pounds to cover insurance on a cruise here and back and stay for 6 weeks! And are just old, in their 80s ,no illnesses. They went through SAGA ,all companies seemed to be similar cost !!! It's not cheap being old !

Purple31, You were really lucky getting a villa for a lot less, how did you do it?I am looking on the Palm also . I often think about going in with a lower offer but often its probably the agent who wants the biggest commission, so there is no incentive to get the landlord to accept a lower rent from client. If you have any tips on how best to do this please can you email me at beadinteriors at hotmail com. I would be eternally grateful.
