thanks a lot for the replies.the reason they banned retinol is because it was competitive ,pricewise and effect wise with other products.i know about retin a which is terrific,but as u said I cant find it .I went to boots pharmacy last week asked about retin a and of course they poped up with several product that have the substance but cost 10 times more ...first the showed me a face cream that was expensive ..I said its too expensive ...came back with a cheaper one ..I also said no.then they followed that with another and another till they reached with the bio oil which is only 45 dhs .of course I didn't trust them anymore cz they swore that all of them work magic ..very strange here how promotion ladies are annoying .

all the shops that sell thread and so there are plenty for ex (al fida) opposite the clinic .its at the right when u come in from diyafah u have to go straight and look at the right .i went to the first one with threads ,i dont know the name ...but fida has too.

ah i forgot to say ..you have to patient ...there is no way to cure that ,but the more they are bad the more they will be better when they grow ...believe me .just discuss with him when he is calm ,try to be calm and laugh with him even if he swears .let him feel your like a friend and whatever he is doing laugh with him ( not mocking of course ...i know how stupid they can be but try not to make fun ..it hurts them to death ).i know it is very difficult i had difficulties acting funny when i am boiling but it was the only way and it works like magic .he was swearing at me and i was telling him .(..i think u love me thats why u use me like a punching bag )of course i wanted to slap him but held myself .that worked like magic and he admited to me that he loves me thats why he says all that ...u cant imagine they are soooo stupid they have stupid ideas ( lately my son dosent bleive in banks he will buy a house with cash ...hahah,i told him he will never buy a house then ) .cool down i know its very very difficult .

hi i assure you that it is only a phase i had that too ,i was totally devastated with my son who is 24 now .he was terrible,he let me cry several nights ,but now ...believe me he is a wonderful man ....more that i could expect .the second who is 17 now passed his tantrums since he was 13 ...again terrible to an extent he also was a wonderful polite kid and transformed in teen age to a ( devil i can say ) also i cried a lot now he is calming down ( crossing my fingers ) so dont worry ...i assure you that after some years you will remeber what i said ...your son will be the best ...good luck

hi i was prescribed ( imigran nasal spray) it works immidiately and like magic .check you vit D level it is said that the lack of it may tigger the pain ,i had it checked and found out that that it was very low .also check you ferratine which is the storage of irion you have ( not hemoglobin ) it also affects and have defficiancy in both when i take the suppliments i have no migranes.by the way my hempglbin is perfect but its the storage of iron which is very bad and that is not usually checked .

Thanks Marroosh,i emailed maastricht and gronigen .maastricht is in Dutch that is a problem for my son his Dutch is not very good its basic so he will have to study Dutch first .gronigen is the only one in english but the problem is that i think he has to study another year in holland as secondary i understood that because as they said the Dutch secondary is higher than the american one .my question is do you have an experience with a similar case and he just entered with an american secondary diploma ? Thanks also sea of love ...you are totally right with what you said but believe me the kids that are brought up here are not as mature as the kids brought up in europe there is a big diffrence .i feel they are not as mature or may be its the new generation i really dont know .he is doing a lot i am just helping ( a bit too much i know )but he already did a lot .i know that funding his uni is also a lot from our side but on the otherside his father is arabic and that is normal for them ,to pmper their kids to the extreme not like us we had to take a loan and so and so ...kids here are lucky unlike what happened to us b4 with the multiple jobs we had to do and so s students and so .anyway thats the kids brought up in that part of the world and thats how they do it .

but the US after how many years he gets the board i mean b4 specializing? thak you glenfiddich for your support ...i am a bit too overprotecting for my kids but i cant do else ,its me and i adore my kids to the extreme .believe me that will reward afterwards..my older kids now adores me back and they are attached to me even that i dont ask for any affection .i think if parents get involved in their kid's life ( even if they are teens and can do it alone )the teen will appreciate it .i am not with too much overprotection after 20s but below it helps .especially in that time when ut kid has to choose his future studies as it is really a hard work .my son is doing a lot but he is asking me to help so u see !thank you very much Monnie for your help you have a view point too but believe me if u give a lot to children it is never too much you will be rewarded with the most love you dream of .I know that too much is like too little ...but a little push will not harm . <em>edited by slaon on 13/02/2012</em>

time is changing ,as a lot has said in our time it was not possible to think of a thing like that .we even didnt understand so much about these things ( that doesnt mean i am very very very old );),but i a, not very young too .anyway i think that it is a bit strange to be judged for something so simple ,i dont know but there are more things to care about in my view point. another thing is that some people like to deny reality ( ostrish politics as i call it ) for a kiss ,hahahah, i was a teacher and i used to teach teens ....my god ...if they will be judged for this thing ...that means all of them have to excuted then !!!!now the new generation is much more open than us in our time ,with internet and all that inovations and lets say the truth they have to live their life and in the end a kiss is not so dangerous lets face that .i bet you, that nowadays the ones who are teens and dont think of love ,are a bit strange :\: .i am not so much with the wave that accepts all but also not to forbid all .there is alsways a half way .then who told you that in the forbidden society these things doesnt happen ,it does but under the covers and with lips sealed ...thats it only . of course i am with the education and teaching teen the consequences of what might happen and how to prevent a lot of trouble .

no reply so far .well may be u can advice me where to go for a good eye lid surgery ,but i want it from someone who saw the results ,after i heard a lot of horrible bad possibilities i need advice i need that surgery urgently as i always look tired even if i sleep 10 hours a night .i am planning to do it in summer during the summer holiday but i want a lot of research b4.

i agree with the morality thing ,but do u think that in case one is put in a very critical situation ,lets say u are in a house with a lot of money and no one will catch u and not one will judge u .will or will u not steal the money ? i wouldnt just because i think that whats not mine is not mine and that i have to follow that but what about people in general &gt; if u see a ring of diamond in the street what would u do ?

thats correct but when u talk to religious people they assure u that if u are not religious u cant be good ,or if u dont fear something u cant stop yourself of doing some bad things .i felt a bit strange cz me too i behave how i behave , cz i was raised that way not out of fear at all .any other ideas?

do u think that a person behaves good because of whatever religious fear he has ? or because of fear to be caught by an authority? or because of his moral education ?i asked that question to a lot and each has his own view point.it is a very tricky question .some people thin k that its because they are religious and fear of god that makes them behave well ( not steal ,not kill etc.).some think that they are afraid to be caught.what do u think .

i went to one did a lot of blood tests and she tired to predict what was the cause of my extra 10 kg ,gave advice and sacred me with the amout of calories in food we eat .if i listened i would have been now with an anorexia .i stopped visiting the dietician and i decided what t do and it was the best thing i have done .believe me nothing can reduce your weight but ur strong will ,exercise ( not too much though) and a healthy way of living that u have to follow all ur life ot for a shrt time and stop so it has to be realistic not a starving one .u cut foods that can make u fat or take it in a very little amount and voila ,u lose weight .it takes times depending of how much weight extra u have then when u start losing it will really go fast .by the way treat the depression as it is one of the causes of an acute stubborn weight gain too as i found out.it is not always seen clearly but believe me it might be the reason .

i like ur reply wild mint..hahah yes well we can never say that she /he is stubborn cz when u are sure of what u say and u just change it it means u dont hae an opinion or u are not sure of what u say .ppl tend to say that we are stubborn just cz we didnt admit or accept what they say ,what if they are totally wrong ,why to accept what they say ?what i know that in life there is no complete wrong and no complete right unless it is a scientific fact .when it has to do with an opinion what is right for u might be wrong for me and vise versa ..
