Hi Sorry don't have experience at kidskare as yet but Iv just registered my 6 month old to start there in 2 weeks when I go back to work. I like it too, very bright and airy. The big thing was me was the location too, if you like them both which one would be better located for u? I live in springs and husband works jlt so it was perfect for us! :-)

Ac isn't cooling below 25 and keeps cutting out, controller turns off and then comes back on 10 seconds later???!!! Anyone got recommendations for repairs other than Jim il fix it? Wasn't impressed with them, couldn't really speak English and weren't to friendly! Also someone that doesn't cost the earth! Thanks

I'm 40 weeks and was hospitalised with severe headache/migraine last week. They were so bad I was in tears, I called maternity at city and they advised I went to a and e and then they admitted me overnight in labour ward just for observation. Honestly it was like some someone was hitting me constantly for 4 days with an axe in side of head! I could only take panadol which didn't touch the pain! I feel ur pain! Doc said possibly hormonal related! X

I'm a teacher and had morning sickness till 20 weeks, had no option but to work!! Jesu had torun off to the loo a few times and lay with my head on desk between lessons!!!! Horrible!!!!! I feel for ya! X

Just had appt with dr aziz, seems ok. However she said the baby is head down but facing my tummy with head bent back, ideally chin should be tucked in. She said if she stays like this then I will need a section. Really want a natural delivery due to money and I have no-one coming over from uk to help after birth, obviously if its necessary then that's ok just don't want to be pushed into a section as a lot of docs try to do out here. Do u think dr aziz would so this? Only met her once so can't be sure? My other doc didn't mention this at all other scans??? Thanks

Hi I'm with dr annika who is Norwegian and she is at mediclinic dubai mall but delivers at city, she is fairly new and absolutely lovely and has no waiting list. Dr Elsa has at least 6 months! If you go for appointment they can give u details of package then. Hope this helps :-)

Fuel gauge in car is saying empty all of time, garage said need new fuel pump and float and have quoted 4000dhs!! Just can't afford this! If anyone knows anyone that could say that this price is about right etc would appreciate as I think they are having my eyes out!!? Sick of getting ripped off in this country!!!!!

Hi Got a 2 bed villa in springs and 1st dewa bill was 1740 dhs!! We don't a have grass so water cost was low but main cost was electricity....we have had ac on a lot, but didn't expect too pay this much!!?? Don't think we can afford to pay this every month:-( if this is average??? Thanks

I was with dr Britt and loved her, she referred me to a new obs who is like a clone of dr Britt but even nicer at mediclinic Dubai mall. She is lovely, a little older but fab!! Her name is dr annika, she only arrived about 3 months ago so always available.... Just a thought if you we're disappointed that dr Britt left x

Hi Just moved to a 2 bed in springs and ac is not cooling below 24c. The landlord got a guy in o regas and clean but still no better. He said that there is only one fan to power all downstairs and same for upstairs that's why there is hardly no pressure and it is not blowing out just sort of trickling!!! I'm 8 months pregnant and so worried as bringing new baby into house soon and the temp is way to high. The guy said we would have to get whole new ac system but the landlord said well the ac is working so it is fine, we really can't afford to it a whole new system.... Any advice in what to do????? Getting me so annoyed now! X

Hi can anyone recommend a company that does a deep clean for our 2 bed springs villa we are moving in to? We dont just want a maid service and really want the kitchen and bathrooms steam cleaned. We had a quote of 1500dhs for 4 hours...but think this is too much??? thanks

Hi does anyone know f there is a law regarding estate agent fees, I thought it was about 5% of rental price, looked at a villa for 110,000 the other day and the estate agent said the fee was 10,000! Is he having a laugh!!!!?

Hi At my 20 week scan the obs told me that the cord was inserted at the bottom of placenta near edge instead of in centre. He said it could effect growth of baby and had to keep an eye on it. I made the ultimate mistake of googling in, now I'm so worried! Anyon had similar experiences, need some reassurance! There is always something to worry about!!!! X

I have just bought a bugaboo bee ready for when baby comes in sept! Has anyone used this from birth? Do I really need the cocoon as it looks a little snug and warm! My sister swears by the maclaren from birth and I thought the bee was similar.... Anyone got any experience! X

I also got recommended dr George but supposedly he is more expensive than city and the prenatal is not covered at his clinic by my insurance! Annoyed with city as shouldn't really have took me on with dr britt if she was leaving! X

I have been seeing dr britt at city but she is leaving and have been recommended dr George but don't think oman insurance cover his clinic.
