Hi FatBob, Try DWC High School (DWC for Dubai Women's College High School). It's a new private high school for girls supported by the American (K12) curriculum (Online/home school), so there should not be any problem transferring your daughter from a home-based tutoring to a regular school. Additionally, they do only placement tests (in the English language) as opposed to entrance assessments. Give them a call at +971 4 208 9702 GOOD LUCK :)) And I'd like to add that their system and curriculum is flexible and individualized to meet all needs and all intellectual levels. Their High School Diploma is a US one that is also accepted internationally. You can apply to any college/university...anywhere. Please note that they work Sun - Thurs from 8 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. UAE time.

There is a new high school in Dubai but for girls only, grades 9-12 following the k12 curriculum www.k12.com The school name is Dubai Women College High School It's in Al Nahda 2 area, behind NMC Hospital and inside the campus of HCT Women College. Now the college is a government one, but the school is private. Joint venture between the college and K12 in the U.S. It's a long story but the school is good.
