I would go for the Co-op when it comes to veges & fruits, lots of variateis, fresh, cheaper than Geant & Carrfour I used to buy local veal meat from there and it is just as i want to taste, recently moved to get all types of beef from there, but still depending on Carrfour when it comes to chekin sliced fellet. And as I run home based cakery business i head to Carrfour for some types of chocolates & filling, Nutella is also used to be selled in best price :D As a conclusion, co-op is the best place to head to when it comes to day to day groceries and all time offers

I saw something related in Ibn batua couple of days a go, what a shame 2 men, not sure about nationality, one of them was recording a video for a lady in hot short walking in front of him, everyone is free to wear what ever he/she wants but no one is free to spy!!!

PROTEIN.......... 2-3 liters of WATER Breakfast: 8 AM Hard boiled eggs + two low fat cheddar slices + skimmed milk Nescafe Scrambled eggs with spinach + skimmed milk Nescafe Scrambled eggs with mushrooms + skimmed milk Nescafe Snack 1: 12 AM 1 Orange 1 Apple 2 Cucumbers Pinch of cherry tomato Lunch: 2 PM Grilled chicken (Half) Grilled chicken (Half) Grilled steak (250 gm) Grilled shrimps (300 gm) Grilled salmon (300 gm) Tuna can + Mixed green salad Eggplants salad (Mutabbal) Sweet corn (half a can) Red beans (half a can) Steamed broccoli Steamed mushrooms Lintel soup Low sodium chicken soup Boiled brown rice (100 gm) + 1 tb extra virgin olive oil Boiled brown pasta (100 gm) + 1 tb extra virgin olive oil Snack 2: 5 PM 1 Orange 1 Apple 2 Cucumbers Pinch of cherry tomato Celery cuts with 1 tb peanut butter 1 cup of skimmed milk 1 cup of chocolate milk (skimmed milk + 2 ts cocoa dark and unsweetened + diet sugar) Dinner: 8 PM 1 skimmed yogurt + 3 cucumbers

happy learning nursery next to carrfour in tecom also there are many of the day care places in tecom, but they are not up to nursery for sure. tell me if you are interested to know more.

Cherpie, you can clean the kettle to the max. just use 1 to 3 ratio of white vinegar and water and give two or three boiling round and you will never quit using it ;)

Mazina in The Address hotel in Marina is just perfect! Rotana towers but this is on Sheikh Zayed road, but is fantastic you can leave your car for valet parking as long as you will return parking card stamped

I would not recommend that you drink directly from the tap even with filters get yourself a water dispenser, and for all kind of hot or cold drinks i use the dispenser water as well Only i use tab water in cooking

ohhh Mrs.P i will be more than happy for that I am planning to start next week on Saturday around 5 PM I am working in Abo Dhabi and i reach Dubai everyday by 5:30 PM so on week days i will go any time around 6-8 PM For weekends not sure what time i will feel good after brunch :D

Thank you very much Apricot, actually as a start I was not aware of all these loads of laws going around here and applied restrictively specially in Dubai, but after some searches here and there and asking around i ended up with a consulting company working on legalizing such processes to either have a 100% ownership of business of as you mentioned having an Emarati partner. Now I am calculating my budget and seeking for supplies info in order to decide which course i will step into! Appreciate it :)
