The Dymatized Transformed programme is pretty good also Jamie Eason's LiveFit. Hi fairy dust, Thank you so much for your suggestion. I took a look and the dramatized transformed looks very interesting. Think I will start it from next week. Is it necessary to have the supplements also and follow the food guide??? Thank u so much once again

Download the Bodyspace app from Bodybuilding.com - find a program that suits the goals you're after and follow it. They give full nutrition and diet plans as well - brilliant and costs nothing. I've had amazing results with a few of the programs and each exercise comes with an instructional video of how to do it. Hi Which programme would you recommend for fat loss?? I just got into weight lifting but am confused with so many choices. Ang advice?? Many thanks

my son also did his FS 1 in a nursery as I felt it was better to be in a smaller environment and have more fun at that age. Everyone kept advising me to enroll him in a school for FS 1 as it was next to Impossible to get into FS 2 . But guess what.. out of the 3 schools that I had applied , he got in all 3. So please relax . Do your research and select 3-4 schools and apply at the soonest for next year. I am sure that your will find a seat esp now when there are so many schools opening up Good luck

My ds goes goes to Safa community school and I cannot recommend the school enough. Very nurturing environment and the teachers are extremely friendly and loving with lot of emphasis given to sports. Take a tour ..it will help you to decide.

Hi..my son has the same problem. Last year he got strep 4 times and each I had to give him antibiotics..which I really hated but there is no other choice when you get strep. My doc adviced me to give a salt water gurgle esp when he comes from swimminh( don't know if your 3 year old can manage to gurgle though) I also got my child tested if he is a carrier but it came as negative. Maybe you should get this culture and blood test done to rule out if he is a carrier. Hopefully he will outgrow it ..at least that's what my doc said. Also Manuka honey is very good ..you can try it Hope he gets well soon

Thank you very much Cheeky Monkeys for your reply..I am going to start strength training from this week. I lost so much last year with only cardio but the moment I relaxed a bit with my diet , it all came back so this time I will take the slower but more permanent route. Thank u Chrissy ...yeah I just tried body pump last week and I really liked it. Think I might do it for few months till I get the hang of it and then will switch to heavy lifting Thanks once again

Can I ask what you are expecting the "detox" to detox your body from? If you have a working liver, kidneys etc then you don't need anything else. If you don't have those things, then you need a doctor not Jason Vale... If you actually have a chemical that you have ingested too much of and need to detox from, then the hospital is the place to go. Sorry to be harsh, but it upsets me to think people actually conned into thinking that the "Lose up to 5lbs in just 3 days with Jason Vale’s 3-Day Juice challenge app" is going to actually help them lose weight or make them anything but hungry and unable to leave the bathroom. If you are having juice as part as a healthy diet then great, go ahead and enjoy, but juicing everything removes the necessary fibre which the body needs. You may well lose 5lbs in three days, but most of that will be water weight and simply the fact that you are barely eating any calories! The moment you start eating normally again you will put the weight and possibly more, right back on. As for the 5:2, it's just a way of eating, if it suits you and fits in with your day to day plans then great. You just eat 500 calories of normal food on two days out of the week (not consecutively) and the other five, just at maintenance. Sorry for gate crashing but cheeky monkeys..I think you sound very knowledgable. Had read your comment on some other diet/ workout post and you had made a lot of sense Wanted your advice..do u think weight training is good for fat loss??? I have read and read about how good it is but I am just so scared about getting bulkh( though I know it's just not possible for women to put on muscle so fast) do u think it's essential for fat loss and if yes which programme would u recommend??? Thank you so much in advance

Thank you so much for your reply. Much relieved to know that there was no weight gain. Even I feel my lips are getting very dry but that's ok with me as long as weight doesn't go up:) I know I sound paranoid but I had a very tough time losing this weight so don't want to go through the nightmare again
