Someone posted this on FB too. Below is the last post on the thread. Seems its not the lakes close to the cycle track that's closed. Clarification from the OP: " To all of you getting the location confused I was not referring to the lakes near the cycle centre. There is a more established location nearer to bab al Shams this is what is now closed. The lakes with no wildlife near the cycle center is still open as far as I am aware. There are gates to that one - a well established habitat now prime for bird migration with no access."

Hope15 and sheikhandbake, Thank you. I did take a second opinion. However, am sending reports to get one more. I would like to avoid doing it as much as possible. Fingers crossed.

Rozi44 I had one in Dec, laparoscopically, I saw Dr Ibrihim at City Hostpital. He is very calm and very good at what he does. Laparoscopic surgery is his specialty. Go and see him and see what you think. I am very happy with the outcome. Good luck Rickadon, Thanks for the quick response :-) I am rather stressed about it and want to get it out of the way. Will check out Dr. Ibrahim. Haven't been to City Hospital but know Mediclinic Welcare very well. I believe they are affiliated.

Hi Ladies, I have been advised to undergo a hysterectomy within the next few months and have no idea where to go. I need advice on hospitals and doctors. Has anyone had a laparoscopic hysterectomy done in Dubai? If so which doctor and hospital did you use. Thanks
