1. El Celler de Can Roca

El Celler is a free-style restaurant, committed to the avant-garde, but still faithful to the memory of different generations of the family's ancestors dedicated to feeding people.

2. Midsummer House

3. Maison Lameloise

The Burgundy earth, anchor of the Maison Lameloise, has been the source of a certain way of life for 90 years. It is here in Chagny that a history of chefs and stars began. Since 1921, there have been three successive generations of Lameloise: Pierre, Jean and Jacques.

6. El Club Allard

7. Epicure

8. Le Manoir Aux Quat’ Saisons

Described as “a twist of imaginative genius”, Raymond Blanc’s dishes utilise the freshest, best quality.ingredients. The two-acre kitchen garden produces 90 types of vegetable and 70 varieties of herb. The hotel’s wine cellar is home to around 1,000 different wines from around the world. Around 60% are of French provenance.

9. Le Gavroche

Le Gavroche was the first UK restaurant to be awarded one, two and three Michelin stars. The chef de cuisine is Michel Roux Jr, who took over the reins from his father, Albert in 1991. The fact that Le Gavroche continues to maintain the highest of reputations amongst both diners and critics is testament to the excellence of the food being prepared by Michel.
