HI all. First time on this site and really looking for some sound advise here...
I am getting a little desperate.
Here is my story.

My husband and I are due to come to AD in August- if all works according to plan:)
We are from South Africa
Here are the issues:•I have two children from my previous marriage
•One of them is a legally adopted child- abridge birth certificate
•My ex husband has signed the consent paper and we will now have it attested in SA UAE embassy
•My husbands company has no problems with the Step children/adopted children.. Meaning there are no restrictions when it comes to benefits in terms of schooling, medical aid etc
•The problems seems to lie with immigration?
•The company lawyers have been looking into this and have been "informed" that this is a very complex scenario and the likelihood of us getting AD is uncertain.
•I am not sure what would make this complex
•Could it be that their are step children of which one is adopted? even legally??
•My new husband will sign that he is responsible for the children financially whilst away
•The father has signed consent to be attested
•The company will pay for everything
•The children's visas will have to be renewed each year- so I hear...
•Every document that needs attestation will be- I will endeavour to:)
•Can anyone shed some light on this for me..
