Help please :) Cost for before and after school care in Sydney for 457 visa

My brother is struggling quite a bit in Sydney, and we need to figure out how SIL can start working. DD needs to go to school, but also needs before school and after school care.
Does anyone perhaps know if they will pay the standard fee for before and after care, or will they pay more because of being on 457? (I know they have to pay the 5000$ school fee).
Desperate for info and options!
