Here are some of the saving tips we’ve come across that you might find helpful! They'll also allow you to explore and experience more of this busy place.
1. Take advantage of the galleries

If you’re looking for a night out that won’t cost you anything, just check out the Sheung Wan galleries. You’ll always find either a gallery opening or a show at one of the galleries. They serve food and wine for free while you enjoy the art.
2. Free drinks

If you go to Insomnia at Lan Kwai Fong (LFK) between 9-11pm on Tuesdays, you’ll get unlimited free drinks if you give them your business card.
3. Late night munchies
Wellcome in Causeway Bay has half price on their food after 9pm.
4. Discounted sushi

If you go to Sushi One after 10pm, you can enjoy their fresh sushi, sashimi and drinks at half price.

5. Sweet tooth heaven

If you have sugar craving at night past 10pm, head to Mrs Field Cookies at the MTR for half priced cookies.
6. Cheaper rides

Make use of MTR fare savers. All you have to do is place your card on one of the machines scattered all across the city and you will get HK$2 off your ride.
7. M&S madness

We all know just how expensive the Marks & Spencer food store can get, but there are exceptions! If you go after 6pm, you’ll find that fresh sandwiches and salads that are expiring soon have those beautiful little yellow stickers on them.
