The Traditional Brunch

Brunch, in the city that never sleeps, in not necessarily just a case of eggs benedict mid morning; brunch in Hong Kong is more of a Champagne and Cocktail Sunday affair. There are so many wonderful restaurants that serve five star foods, and on Sunday morning they will be whipping up a lavish spread complete with free flowing champagne or cocktails. We take a look at some of the most popular Sunday brunch spots in Hong Kong.

Menu: Zuma has a worldwide reputation for being one of the best sushi restaurants and this brunch delivers. They start you off with an array of sushi and sashimi, and mains include salmon and beef fillet – all with an unmistakable Japanese flavor. Between bites you can sip on Sake, wines and champagne. The Zuma brunch is so popular that it happens once on a Saturday and twice on a Sunday and booking is essential.
