Oh no don't tell me this! Would this rule apply to me? I have just brought in a new maid a week ago on an entry permit (not a tourist visa). She did a medical in May for her previous sponsor but we then cancelled that residence visa as she is joining our family now. Surely when I was at the consulate to pay the deposit and arrange the "agreement paper" prior to her arrival they would have mentioned something about this if this was the case?
