I agree with the previous posters; don't spend too much on maternity clothes, you only need them for a few months.
No catherine its not like you cannot wear your maternity clothes after pregnancy. Everything entirely depends upon the kind of maternity clothes your having. Hence there's no need to put them away after pregnancy, you can wear these even if you're not pregnant.
