there is a professional program called propspace where all local agents post their properties and it automatically goes to propertyfinder and dubizzle. Unfortunately you can't use it if you are not an agent, but I have an access through my friend (that is how I advertised mine and didn't have to pay for it). If you want I can help you to do it.
