Thanks so much for your replies Amelton, Judy, LB101, Kelly and Izzy. Izzy, you're right that I'm being silly thinking of Tiara when it's a bit out of my reach. Maybe it's because I have lived so long in a condo apartment in Singapore that I was afraid whether I'll be able to maintain a villa well by myself. I was looking for apartments but since my baby has a respiratory allergy, I wanted to live at least 200-300 metres away from a construction site or busy road. I liked the thought of Tiara /Oceana since two sides of the apartment would be just by the sea.
Do you guys have any idea whether Oceana also has parking issues in the sense that will I be able to park my second car in visitor parking without having to buy anothercar park slot?
