Xmasbaby, Yes print it and write the details. Payment is made by debit or credit card. You fill in the form that's given on the website and put in your credit/debit card details and the Passport office will take the money. The form is sent by DHL to Dusseldorf. See now this is interesting to me. We both agree that she is primarily responsible for her own death, but differ in our reasons. I think she is responsible because [u'>she walked onto the bridge knowing without a shadow of a doubt that doing so would result in her imitate death[/u'>. You think she is responsible for her own death because [u'>she had an affair and disobeyed her husband[/u'>. Perhaps we are interpreting the word "responsibility" differently. I think this is the crux of it, definition of the word 'responsibility' as each person uses their own life experience, belief system to interpret this word, therefore no-one is wrong or right.

For me, the Baron is to blame. He says "Do not leave the castle today or you will be severely punished." So he obviously knew something was afoot and the madman says "Do NOT cross this bridge fair maiden, for my God has instructed me to stab and kill all of those who try." Ella, My 14 year old was circumcised last summer at age 13 in the Iranian hospital. The procedure was over very quickly, the doctor fab and my son recovered very quickly, apart from initial soreness it didn't bother him at all. I can tell you more by emaill if you wish :)

Desertrose, Same thing happening to my clothes. I notice small holes appearing in t-shirts as well. I wonder if it's possible to get some moth balls to put in the cupboards. I had a look in some of the big stores but couldn't see any.

Thanks Shaks, is the chocolate colour nice? Is it darkish chocolate or milk chocolate :) I don't want my hair too dark as it's chestnut colour normally. Thanks Shaks for the recommendation. Is it permanent? I normally use L'Oreal Casting (temporary 6 week wash out), but it tends to make the grey bits pale orange or light purple depending on the colour.... Do they do a good selection of colours, am looking for a mahogany or maybe an aubergine, or mid brown type colour? What colour did you use? Shivi, What is the brilliant brown like?

Hi, Did you check out Lake Terrace in JLT. I saw some 2 beds on Dubizzle for around 65-68K. It's in the D cluster next to the JLT metro station, a very nice cluster with Indigo Tower and lots of amenities. The AC will probably be from Palm District cooling so I think it will be billed separately (but someone please correct me if I'm wrong). <em>edited by Alismum on 22/10/2011</em>

Same road, just look to your right on the waste area about 5 mins past checkpoint and you will see them. The young man is from Afghanistan and you will get a real bargain. We bought some v. large pots for about 6 dirhams each and a 'huge' carpet for 200 dirhams. He also has other bits and bobs.

MrsChef, I went on a Friday a couple of weeks ago and it was fine, not too busy. Left about 9.30am. Have a look at the carpet/pot/plant sellers 5 mins from the last border check coming back. Some lovely bargains there if you haggle a bit...:)

To all the ladies doing the visa run or going to Oman for a visit, about 5 mins drive from the last passport checkpoint (on the way back) there are some pot and carpet sellers. We picked up a huge (Persian lookalike) carpet 320X230 for 200AED. Worth a visit for some real bargains. The pots are lovely as well to put in the garden for those with large villas, he gave us 13 large ceramic pots for a bargain 80AED

This is what I heard Currently passport holders from '33 countries' are issued with a free visit visa on arrival that lasts for 30 days (not 1 month, 30 days!). The countries are: Andorra Australia Austria Belgium Brunei Canada Denmark Finland France Germany Greece Hong Kong SAR Iceland Ireland Italy Japan Liechtenstein Luxembourg Malaysia Morocco Netherlands New Zealand Norway Portugal San Marino Singapore South Korea Spain Sweden Switzerland United Kingdom (or the right to abode in the UK) United States Vatican One off 30 day extensions are available at the Dubai Naturalization & Residency Department (DNRD) An alternative is to do a 'visa run' i.e. crossing the border for the purpose of renewing your visa. At present, there is no limit to the number of times you can do this. Citizens of these 33 countries do not have to wait one month before applying for a visit visa after leaving the UAE <em>edited by Alismum on 22/09/2011</em>

Got all ours from Dragonmart as well. Full blackout, very thick material, took our measurements in and they were ready in 2 days and like Green-ish said we picked up the guy and dropped him back off again. He did a great job.
