It sends shivers down my spine just thinking how parents live their lives after these incidents. The guilt must be unbearable. edited by Barbie doll on 19/03/2014

Weve been to Maldives and Seychelles. Both great places with Maldives having more stunning waters and beaches and Seychelles having hils and the sea. Maldives is probably better with Kids. We stayed at Zitahli which was a 35 min sea plane ride. The resort was v pretty and my kids had a blast.

Both my boys did (and one is in his last year of IB). It is a very very intense and rigours course but prepares the kids v well for college. IB is also preffered by universities in the US & UK. I would recommend IB Diploma over any other curriculam, but thats just my view. All the best.

Just checked online statement (very easy and prompt)...only charge is 5 aed for top-up, no matter the amount> No extra charge for inactivity. No charge for on-line payments or card purchases. No idea about cash withdrawals fees though :) One perk, when C4 is crowded I get to go at the counter where only Najm card are allowed and which is usually free :) Which card are you referring to??

Sarahlou, which one are you the most happy with? Which one is making you earn the most of Skywards miles? Which one is the cheapest in terms of fees and charges? My DH has researched this extensively and believes that the Emirates Islamic Bank offers the most Skywards miles for your dirham. However, I am happy to stand corrected if any of you can prove him wrong. Yes he is right, if EIB are still rewarding at the high rate at which they were when they launched. Most banks have this as a scheme and then lower the rate.

For good fitting service try TKD in Jumeriah https://www.facebook.com/TKDGCC?ref=ts&fref=ts. If you get them to fit you, you can always buy online and get them sent over. I am only 12 weeks pregnant but need new bras asap...in my previous pregnancies (a zillion years ago!) I was in England and ofcourse M&S have a fantastic bra fitting and advice service that you can trust...is there anywhere like that here? I don't want to pay the earth for bras that aren't going to fit me for long! edited by MrsO on 01/03/2013 At the risk of sounding silly what is TKD?

Mine just drains its battery and switches off, halfway through the day! It seems fine as the battery bar is about halfway then suddenly it says "Battery drained, shutting down handheld" and switches off. When I turn it on, the battery is on red and it needs a full charge. Baffling as I don't use it that much yet by 1pm (I charge it overnight) it is drained. Can anyone advise how to fix this?? it is so frustrating and usually happens in the middle of an important call! OMG I HAVE EXACTLY THE SAME ISSUE. I'm totally fed up...grrr##%&&*^%

Are roasted/boiled chestnuts v high in calories? Chestnuts, in general are low in calories compared to other nuts and seeds. They contain less fat but are rich in minerals, vitamins and phyto-nutrients. 100gms of chestnuts = 170kcal Thansk Jazz19

Which Park are u all referring to. I live on a villa on one of the fronds and feel theres hardly any place to walk your pet. Ofcourse our dog is always on a leash and we always pick up after him. Pls advise which park this is as I would love to take him to a nice park. And yes if kids are allowed, so should pets be.

My niece is 16 yrs old and had a bone marrow transplant at the age of 8 months, she was suffering from SCID (Severe Combined Immuno Deficiency). From the past 4 years she has been suffering from Pulmanory fibrosis which has no cure. My sis was in Dubai recently to do a Jin Shin Jitsu course which is all about healing. My point is I have seen this pain at very close quarters and will pray for this litte courageous boy and his parents.
