You could also use a product called Vegetal which is also a heena dye. I have tired it and its completely natural with no chemicals in it.

Last year our maid had bedbugs. Her husband used sleep in shared accomodation at the 5 star hotel where he worked and they came from there. I read on the paper a month later that they are sweeping through Dubai at an alarming rate for this very reason. I phoned a pest contol place in Dubai that I got on a seach here. We threw out the bed, matress, bedding etc. A local gardener took the matress despite me telling him that it had bedbugs! His choice! I washed all her clothes at a high temperature myself. Anything else was supposed to be wrapped in plastic for a month. The pest control sprayed the place twice, a week apart. Oh and we got a new maid as we banned "husband" until they were all gone and he didn't listen so that was the end of that. That was my main concern really as pest control was 900 dhs and if he kept bed hopping between the hotel accomodation and her bed then it was going to be throwing good money after bad. We had to buy a new bed, a new matress and new bedding for the next girl. Fortunately it all worked out. I wish you can find new home for him. Maybe its not my right to comment on that, but why to put him down?? If you can't handle the situation anymore set him free. I'm sure he will survive out there. Sorry but i can't understand killing animals for any reason, special healthy ones. edited by cafelate on 17/10/2012 I soo agree with you. We had a pet dog who bit all of us, we gave him away to a dog trainer because we didn't have the heart to put him down.

things have not always been the same the economy is the worst in my lifetime That may be true but the economy has been very bad before, long before you were born. These fluctuations are normal and most developed countries are suffering from a weak economy right now. Romney will not save the USA from that, and neither will Obama. Couldn't agree more.

We stayed at Zitahli resort which is 50 mins by Sea plane. The hotel arranges sea plane transfers based on flight timings. We also took 10:00am flight back to dxb on EK. We left out hotel at 6:30am. The good thing about the far away resports are that the reefs around the resport are stunning.

I also live on the Palm and use the gardener who seems to tend to a lot of villa owners gardens. But he doesnt speak v good English and needs to be overseen to. So not too sure it helps.

Hi Sarah, you can walk into any dnata outlet that is close and convinient for you. Emirates Holidays is different to dnata as they sell tickets/holiday packages on Emirates Airlines only, whilst dnata sell tickets on any airline of your choice. Hi Sarah I always deal with dnata on Shk Zayed Road as they are the largest and best travel agency in Dubai. I get very good service, they are reliable and also very good prices. So I highly recommend dnata. Hi that's great - I have walked past dnata in Dubai mall many times - this would be the same company right - or should I stick with the store you're use to dealing with? Was impressed by dnata website for ease of instant price availability. I did send through a few quote requests to emirates holidays company but have had zero response.

Another makeup question. A few days ago I purchased the urban decay naked palette which comes with the trial size eyeshadow primer. It has some lovely colours but I’m a very basic makeup person so even after watching tonnes of youtube videos I have no idea how to use this palette. I’m still waiting for my sigma brushes in the post so it may be that my equipment is not the best for the looks I’m trying to create but I would love to hear from any ladies who are beginners like me and have found great looks with this particular palette! Thanks xoxo A basic technique in applying eye shadow is choose a light colour apply that all over eye lid ( I normally use the colour Sin from the Naked palette) Choose a darker colour and apply it with a smaller brush on the crease line work from the outer corner to the inner corner almost making a window wiper movement with your brush to blend. The choose a colour that's a bit darker to apply with a firmer smaller brush to the lower part of your upper eye lid using small strokes or even patting it on from outer corner to inner corner. Use the same brush and colour as step 3 and apply on lower lid right on the lash line but only apply it 2 thirds of the way across. Apply liner to upper lids and then mascara and your done! Have fun playing around with different colour combos before you know it you'll be a pro! This was so helpful

I am having the same problems with agents dnata, ek and prime travel they seem unable to give me prices for maldives over new year i have been waiting well over a month and still nothing! Very annoying, I can get prices directly from the resorts and am giving them until the end of the month, then I will book directly. dnata have recently launched their website which has very reasonable rates. Try booking on dnatatravel.com
