fay@the ranches where did u buy the ticket from? U need to go back to where u purchased your ticket from. This is why I find using a good establised travel agent is way better than booking on the net & saving some money coz when there is an issue, there is no one to help u out. Good luck.

We bought a Golden Retriever from PetZone for AED10,000 last year & hit bit my entire family. Finally 10 months later we had to give him away to a dog trainer as he was definately a bit off. I then got a pet from a EW friend who was moving country, and she had got him from K9. He is the most adorable pet ever. We are truly blessed to have him.

I have struggled with this my entire married life. My husband is a BIG spend thrift. My advise would be to make sure u always earn money yourself, i.e have a job and try and have your own savings. I've learnt the hard way too and went thru a v traumatic time the last 2-3 years becoz of the recession. Wish u lots of luck. x

The price of AED70,000 is not that off the mark as a friend of mine recently bought a 1.53 Karat ring from Meena jewellers in Bur Dubai for AED53,000. Not sure what certificate she got. Hers is a G/H colour. Hope this helps.

We are going end of this month. There will be 10 of us as my family in flying in directly to NY and we fly from Dxb. We stay in NY for a few days and then fly to Miami on Continental & then take a coach to Orlando. I'm still seraching for hotels in Orlando & Miami.

Whilst on dry cleaning, I gave a lovely pair of white linen trousers along wid 2 other articles, & guess what?? the laundry caught fire :-( :-( so my clothes are gone. Am now washing all my clothes at home, as find dry cleaning a nightmarish experience in dubai.

Zaabs that was so well put(lol) What is it wid these nail salons in dxb??. I think they do this coz they have to spend an hour doing the pedi and an hour doing the mani, when its actually not required. So the time they have they use to cut everything off, cuticles, skin, filling down the nail etc..
