Think best you get them to take that particular school entrance exams and then they will tell you the correct grade. DS left OZ in middle grade 8 went to Singapore was put into grade 9 then after 4 months we came here and he was put back to grade 8. He wasn't even the oldest in his class ,so doesn't matter where they are now

I wish they run them too. The ones at the Meridien only have kids or adults and I asked they said teenagers just do the Adult ones. They are expensive. There is another one at Oasis Centre and another next to Rydges at Satwa also expensive. So best thing teach them yourselves....lol

I too agree with the school bit. My sons all did the private school as I was an old Grammar girl but they really flourished when they attended a State school. Just make sure u live in an enchatchment area for a good school edited by basil on 14/08/2011

DS going into grade 10.Aussie. He is fantastic at school but must say they gave him extra help in both English and Maths after school for free,so can't complain. The subject selection choice is great as they are 1 of the few schools here that off Hospitality as a subject. Remember u can't please all the people all the time! If the child is happy there and. Has good friends then they will be OK

Schooling will be from 35,000 to 50,000 per yr for that age group. Most schools make you pay a deposit once you have been offered a place, so that's between 3,000 to 10,000. Then if you don't drive them to school yourself transport is really expensive as well. As far as you getting a job, always depends on what u do ? Then if u work u will have to get a maid so more money.
