they wouldnt let us apply at all.
the signatures are to get a dispensation, so that we can start the application process.
am not suprised that you had a different experience than me, one thing that does seem to be a constant here, is that nothing is constant!
but saying that, as far as i know, you cannot apply for a visit visa for anyone over the age of 65 with a south african passport unless you get a special dispensation. how you actually go about getting that dispensation, well, i suspect like most things here, its down to who you get on the day..........
Please can you tell me if you eventually got them the Visa?
