Good service and the bus is comfortable, fairly new, clean and has A/C. They check you in on SZR in Dubai :-)

They give you a card straight away at the Customer service, just go there before you do the shopping to get the points. They will not add the after you have done your shop

I have heard of people who have been paid and some other friends were not so fortunate. So good luck, I hope you get your money. Often there is not much that can be done

Do free zone, or join a clinic/center that is already established. You can get on their visa and just pay them some fee

Ladies be careful to check that when buying your Vitamix in the Middle East. The UAE is 220v but some websites in the UAE sell the Vitamix blenders that are 110volt. These are for the USA market and will not work here. Another thing to bear in mind is to make sure it is 7 year warranty as only the Vitamix blenders suitable for household come with 7 years warranty. The ones suitable for restaurants only come with 1 year or 3 year warranty. Just had a friend who got fooled and then had issues returning it, will not name the company here.

I prefer healthy lifestyle, it seems to work for me better in the long term. I just have green veggie smoothie for breakfast with some protein and then limit my portions. I have carbs in the evening only. Works wonders for me.

Never used them, I use golden lights. I think it always depends mainly on the maids themselves. 5h x 2 maids should be plenty.

Unfortunately the property market is going down and they are letting many people go. I friend of mine works for one of the largest real-estate company in the UAE and even they are having a very hard time...Tought times ahead but then we create our own future so you might do really well :-)

There are companies that offer a desk only, like Serene business center. I am not sure how they do it but you effectively just pay for a desk a they provide you with the necessary paperwork for DED. I am not sure whether you have to set up the company through them though. I know there are many other companies like that. Your PRO should be able to help you. Also sometimes local sponsors are able to offer office space. Hope it helps and good luck with your business!

With health insurance it depends on the company and also what your insurance policy will cover. For example I have BUPA and they did not ask me for any pre-existing conditions when I joined over here. At least this is how it was a few years back. I pay for my medications but I also have an option to pay something extra and my medications will be covered. Find out which health insurance you will have, if it is provided by your company/husband's company or call around and ask different health insurance companies what they offer.

Go and get it made in Satwa, you can also chose your own fabric, which is nice. Al Bustan also has nice gowns and they will also adjust it to fit you perfectly.

I heard that they changed their manufacturing facility to China and since then they started having problems, that would also explain why the old machines are working well. Not sure if it is true. I try only to buy products made in the USA or Uk from now on.

There are some markets where home businesses can sell and they are covered by the licence of the organiser. I know Time Square mall runs fairs and also the schools fairs and at both of these you can sell what you make at home. At other placed you have to have your own business licence.

I know how you feel. I got bamboos and they were fine for 2 years, never gave them any fertiliser nothing, just watered them and had them indoors. Then someone told me that I need to change their water every day and need to use fertiliser so I did and they started dying.... Now I am back to not giving them any fertiliser and not changing their water and they are still dying.... It is just their natural death....

Listen to your Dr and get a personal trainer who is trained to work with people with high blood pressure and talk to a nutritionist. There are specific exercise and sequences and over time you will be able to reduce your meds or even go off them completely. Walking every day is also great, maybe join a walking club in your are. Garlic, beetroot and taking omega 3 supplements and a multivitamin can also help
