I had quite a few problems with my first child. As your child, he was sleeping trough the night since 6 weeks old but wouldn't sleep much during the day. Besides, at the age of 3-month he started being very picky with food. I was very worried he was getting enough sleep, enough food....the answer of my paediatrician remained always the same: "if your child isn't crying, isn't sleeping all the time, is energetic and looks happy. He is all fine. Nothing to worry". My child is 2 years old now and all fine! This said, I would recommend you visit your own paediatrician and ask his feedback if you are worried.

I have some friends that pick up their child at the school by foot all school year long. This said, the childs are born here and used to high temperatures. If you decide to pick them up by foot and do the 15min walk to the house up to end June, make sure they have sunscreen on, a good hat and drink plenty water.

I recommend you book an appointment with Dr Rita at the weight care clinic. She will help you to determine - doing a blood test - which diet suits your metabolism best. In my case, the result of the blood test indicated that I was absorbing fat very well but not at all sugar (carbs). She prescribed me a no-carb/no-sugar diet and gave me some tips to follow the diet easily. I don't beleive it is healthy not to eat carbs/sugar at all and eat plenty fat instead so I just decreased the quantity of carbs/sugar I used to eat (not increasing the qty of fat). I managed to lose all the weight I wanted this way. Dr Rita tought I was loosing weight too slowly but I was very happy that way. In order to maintain my weight, I now do a no-carb/no-sugar diet for few days when I allow me some extra. Good luck with your diet!!!!!!

Saniservice are doing a fine job. Just make sure what is included in the quote and that you understand exactly what they will do. If they tell you an extra access chamber is necessary to clean the entire system. Check it is written in the quote. In our case, a commercial guy came to the house, spent a lot of time explaining that they would have to create an access chamber in the ceiling to clean the entire system. I received the quote which was specifying they would clean and disinfect the COMPLETE A/C System. It was not mentioned wherever accessible (Epsco is mentioning wherever accessible in its quote).I wrongly assumed it was included and I end up with my A/C only partly cleaned. I guess it was a misunderstanding but they didn't offer to us a solution and we end up having a big argument with the company.
