Oh, I forgot there is costume shop in dragon mart maybe they will have something that can suit you. I didnt go inside so I'm not sure if they have tartan skirts. But if evertything fails maybe you could try: t-shirt with Scottish flag,or Scotland printed on it, a Scottish flag on your childs face painted( cheek), etc

I am new to expatwoman and I am not sure if this subject has been discussed earlier. I have enrolled my 3yo daughter into a nursery and I need to provide her a national dress for her party coming week. Since she is Scottish, I am looking for a tartan dress or at least fabric for her in Dubai. Any suggestions will be appreciated as I am running out of time. Thanx
If you go into the Sun Sand and Sports outlet behind the Garden centre, go to the childrens Holister section right at the back of the shop and you will see plaid childrens skirts. Hope this helps
